At Callen AI, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI voice agent services. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Service
Callen AI provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. Since our services are digital and consumed upon use, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been activated or used.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our platform.
- The service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, and the issue was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- You cancel your subscription within 7 days of your first payment and have not made any calls or used any platform features.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Calls already made or minutes already consumed are non-refundable.
- Setup fees, onboarding fees, and custom development fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellation after 7 days of payment is not eligible for refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to campaign performance, call answer rates, or voter/customer responses.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@callenai.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused days in the current billing period.

- Your registered email address
- Your account/invoice number
- Reason for refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
