1. About Callen AI

Callen AI is a brand owned and operated by Brancrave AI Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. Our platform provides AI-powered voice agent solutions for businesses including lead generation, customer support, appointment booking, loan collection, logistics, and political outreach automation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up, booking a demo, or using any feature of the Callen AI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform.
• You agree to use Callen AI only for lawful purposes.
• You shall not use our platform to make calls that violate any applicable laws including telemarketing regulations, FCC guidelines (for US campaigns), or TRAI regulations (for Indian campaigns).
• You are solely responsible for the content of your AI voice scripts and campaigns.
• You shall not reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our proprietary platform.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately at info@callenai.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payments and Billing

• Subscription and usage fees are charged as per the plan selected at signup or as agreed in a custom contract.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and technology on the Callen AI platform are the exclusive property of Brancrave AI Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Any data, campaign details, contact lists, or business information shared with Callen AI will be treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with any third party without explicit written consent. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Callen AI and Brancrave AI Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at info@callenai.in with 30 days written notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
